About Teri Barnett, Founder
With four decades in education as an elementary and high school teacher, school leader, and director, Teri Barnett is dedicated to helping others grow, learn, and lead with authenticity. Through her years of guiding schools and district programs, she witnessed how easily leaders can become overwhelmed by the complexities of the role.
That realization inspired Core Essence by Teri Barnett, a space where leadership and self-care meet. Teri combines her background in education with certifications in life and relationship coaching, Mindfulness Leadership training from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a Master of Educational Leadership from George Mason University, to help others restore balance and reconnect with their inner truth and core essence.
